Members reach their doctor directly on weekdays 08:00–20:00, by phone or video, with a first response within 60 minutes. Exclusive members at any hour, within ten minutes. Outside those hours a nurse and a duty doctor triage for every member, never charged.
Your Personal Doctor decides what needs doing. Often advice is enough. Sometimes a test. Sometimes a specialist, and then the right one, chosen by someone who knows both the field and you.
We make the appointment and send your history and the medical question ahead, so the specialist knows you before you walk in.
After the consultation your doctor reads the results with you, explains what comes next, and coordinates the next step.
We don’t send you into the system. We guide you through it.
In an emergency, call 112 first; your doctor is told and follows you through it. Coordination is included in every membership; consultations and outside services are billed on one itemised monthly invoice.
A good doctor can help when something goes wrong. Yours should also know what was happening before it did.
That is why your Personal Doctor does not see you only when you call. He holds your history. He has read your old results. He follows your biomarkers, knows what has changed since last year and since five years ago, and sees what in the plan is working and what is not.

To follow the route, we first have to know exactly where you start. Every member’s health map is drawn at the Initial Assessment. The Check-Up 360° is the deepest version of it: three visits, four specialists, a full written report, and a plan for the next twelve months built on it. Open to members and non-members alike.
Your history, audited
Every result you have ever had, from any laboratory in any country, digitised, converted into the same units and read as one history. Your family’s history is taken with the same care, with optional genetic testing where it counts.
Your baseline
60–90 minutes with your Personal Doctor. More than 60 biomarkers, among them the advanced markers not yet in common use in Romania: ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, homocysteine, the omega-3 index. Body composition, grip strength, balance, spirometry, ECG and ultrasound. Four specialists examine you in person, on two further days: cardiologist, gastroenterologist, dermatologist and diabetologist.
Your plan
A 60-minute consultation within three weeks: your three priorities first, then the full report, then a written plan for the next twelve months.
Six and twelve months
For members, we measure again under the same conditions, against this baseline. That is how you know the plan is working.
As a member, you do not run the plan yourself. Your Personal Doctor implements it, coordinates it, adapts it as your numbers move, and investigates whatever needs investigating.
